Your Right to Data Deletion

At Gizli Medya, we respect your right to control your personal data. In compliance with applicable data protection regulations and Meta (Facebook) Platform Policies, you have the right to request the deletion of any personal data we have collected or processed about you.

What Data Can Be Deleted

Upon your request, we can delete the following data associated with your account or interactions with us:

Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and other personal details you provided.
Social Media Data: Any data accessed through your Facebook, Instagram, or other social media accounts in connection with our agency services.
Campaign & Analytics Data: Advertising campaign data, audience insights, and performance reports associated with your account.
Communication Records: Emails, messages, and correspondence related to project discussions.
Website Usage Data: Cookies, tracking data, and browsing history associated with your visits to our website.

Facebook / Meta Data Deletion

If you have interacted with Gizli Medya through Facebook or Instagram (including through ads managed by us or through Facebook Login), you can request the deletion of all data we have received from Meta platforms. This includes:

Data received through Facebook Login or authentication.
Page interaction data and insights.
Ad campaign data and audience information.
Any other data obtained through Meta APIs or platform integrations.

We will process your deletion request within 30 days and confirm completion via email.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data using any of the following methods:

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to bilgi@gizlimedya.com.tr with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

Your full name
Email address associated with your data
Description of what data you want deleted
Any relevant account identifiers (e.g., Facebook Page name, Instagram handle)

Processing Timeline

Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
Verification: We may contact you to verify your identity to protect against unauthorized deletion requests.
Processing: Your data will be deleted within 30 days of verification.
Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming the deletion of your data.

Exceptions

Certain data may be retained if required by law, including:

Financial records and invoices (retained for legal and tax compliance).
Data necessary to resolve ongoing disputes or legal claims.
Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you.

After Deletion

Once your data is deleted:

We will no longer be able to provide services related to the deleted data.
Any active campaigns or services associated with the deleted accounts will be terminated.
The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
